Palazzo 37.5! Low mileage! Beautiful, spacious interior! Loaded with amenities! Ready to enjoy!
The 2022 Palazzo is more than just a pretty face. It offers the most sought-after amenities for casual travelers and full-timers.
With three slides open, you'll enjoy a roomy and spacious interior. One great feature is the rear-located master bathroom/shower.
The center-located half bath is convenient for guests or while traveling down the road with the slide-outs closed.
The dinette sleeper is a convenient third bed, outfitted with four seatbelts for added travel convenience.
There are three flat-screen televisions: 2 inside and 1 outside.
The galley is equipped with everything you are accustomed to at home for preparing meals and entertaining guests. A large refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, stovetop, and microwave/convection oven.
The main bedroom features a Tilt-A-View inclining 60 x 80-inch queen bed, and the onboard washer and dryer are perfect for longer trips.
The full-wall slide and open layout make it spacious for family gatherings, and the little touches, like the theater seats, will make every trip comfortable
Outside, you can relax and enjoy watching movies or sporting events under a generous 18-foot power-retractable awning.
Extensive exterior storage is just one of the many exterior highlights. You also have a roof access ladder, making those annual roof inspections much easier.
While we will always attempt to provide you with a TRUE representation of every RV we market, during any purchase from Pop you will be encouraged to schedule an inspection from an independent, accredited inspector and every purchase WILL ALWAYS BE subject to your satisfaction with the results from your independent inspection and your own personal test drive.
Condition:
During my visit, I operated the slides, fireplace, and air conditioners, and powered up the other appliances. Everything appeared to operate properly.
I did find a few minor interior issues. The driver's seat upholstery has started to flake, and one of the overhead cabinets needs attention. The piston that holds the door open needs to be repaired.
The interior does need to be cleaned.
On the exterior, several access doors need their hinges lubricated, and there is some damage to the rear of the coach.
All of these items have been photographed and are included in the photo gallery.
