The overall condition of this 2021 Cedar Creek is excellent.
Outside there is a small dent on the curbside rear where the original awning fell against it. Inside, the backsplash has been damaged by heat from the stove. It's not burnt, but scorched.
The head rest of one of the reciners shows wear, and the wall paper in the bedroom is crinkled around the window.
