2018 Thor Hurricane 27B with two slide-outs!
2018 Hurricane 27B for sale in Cape Coral, Florida. Well cared for. Ford V10 with under 48,000 miles. Onan or equivalent 5500 watt generator with 440 hours. Two air conditioning units. Newer love seat recliners. Loads of storage. New tires in 2023. Engine serviced in 2025.
This is a practical Class C motorhome for weekends, longer trips, or seasonal use in Florida. The Ford V10 is a known chassis for this size coach, and under 48,000 miles is modest for a 2018. The generator has 440 hours, which is light use for a coach of this age, and the two air conditioners matter in Cape Coral heat. The interior has been kept up. Newer love seat recliners replace the usual worn seating, and there is plenty of storage for gear, chairs, and trip supplies.
Maintenance is current where it counts. Tires were replaced in 2023, so the rubber is recent rather than original. The engine was serviced in 2025. The coach has been well cared for and is located in Cape Coral, where a buyer can walk through it, check the generator, and look over the Ford chassis in person.
The layout works for a couple or a small family. Sleeping, seating, kitchen, and bath are all in one coach, with the extra storage that makes a 27 foot Hurricane easier to live with than a smaller camper. It is ready to show and is being sold locally.

Condition:
2018 Hurricane 27B for sale in Cape Coral, Florida. Good condition and well cared for. Ford V10 with under 48,000 miles. 5500 watt generator with 440 hours. Two air conditioning units. Newer love seat recliners. Loads of storage. New tires in 2023. Engine serviced in 2025.
This coach has been kept up rather than used hard. Under 48,000 miles on a 2018 Ford V10 is modest for the year, and the generator at 440 hours shows it has not spent long seasons on shore power substitutes. The engine was serviced in 2025, so the drivetrain is current, and the tires were replaced in 2023, which means the rubber is recent and not the original set. Those two items are the ones buyers usually have to spend on first, and both have already been handled.
Inside, the condition matches the care outside. The love seat recliners are newer, so the main seating is not the worn original furniture common on coaches of this age. Storage is plentiful and has been kept usable, not packed with leftover gear or damaged bins. Both air conditioners are on the coach, which matters in Cape Coral, and the unit is ready to walk through so a buyer can check the roof units, the generator, and the interior in person.
