Condition:
The seller states that overall, the unit is in solid condition with "normal wear and tear for its age," but there are a few cosmetic and functional items to note for full transparency:
The living room televator is currently stuck in the "up" position and does not go down.
One light casing over the sink came down and needs to be replaced.
The fabric on the loveseat is beginning to peel (common for this material).
On the exterior, one fender trim piece is broken in half.
the roof needs to be resealed as it is has been sitting in the sun for years, but we have not had any leaks.
