The 2014 Roadtrek 170 Versatile is a short Class B on a Chevy Express 2500 van. It parks like a van. The body is the original steel Chevy shell with a painted molded fiberglass raised roof. It is rear-wheel drive, with a 4.8-liter V8 and a six-speed automatic transmission.
Outside, you still have Chevy side and rear cargo doors, a box awning, and hookups for power, water, and propane.
The 10,200 BTU Dometic heat-pump air conditioner is recessed in the roof. Tanks and some storage sit under the floor.
Inside, a lowered floor gives 73 inches of standing height and a 30-inch aisle. The galley has a two-burner stove, sink, three-way fridge, and microwave.
A bifold door creates a temporary bath with a toilet and shower. The rear power sofa becomes a double bed. It sleeps two easily.

This Roadtrek was detailed in September 2026 and smells good inside.
The generator fired right up when the photos were taken.
The seller thinks he is the 2nd or 3rd owner but is not sure.
There are a couple of scratches on the exterior; the front headlights are yellowed, and the awning wasn't deploying at the time of the photos - I will update here if the seller fixes it.
The front screen isn't working, so we don't know whether the backup camera works.
