Condition:
According to the sellers, the Eagle has seen limited use and was kept in covered storage for most of their ownership.
The interior presents well overall, with the kitchen, cabinetry, bathroom, bedroom, flooring and major living areas appearing clean and well maintained.
The exterior also presents well overall for its age. The slides, exterior storage areas, awnings, leveling equipment, suspension and other accessible components were photographed during the onsite visit.
Normal age-related and cosmetic items were observed, including wear/marking on a theater-seat cushion, weathering at the rear camera housing, a localized area at an awning/LED strip that appears to be separating, and some outside-edge tread wear noted on one tire.
Some unevenness is also visible in portions of the enclosed underbelly material near the axle area. The cause or significance of the underbelly appearance was not determined during the visit.
Buyers are encouraged to complete their own personal and/or professional inspections to verify overall condition and operation of all systems.
