This 2022 Alliance Paradigm 385FL brings residential comfort, impressive space, and a highly desirable front-living floor plan together in a fifth wheel designed for extended stays and comfortable travel. At approximately 41 feet 4 inches in length with five slide-outs, the 385FL opens up to provide the kind of living space that makes it easy to settle in for a weekend getaway, an extended trip, or a seasonal stay.
The elevated front living room creates a comfortable space that feels separated from the rest of the coach, making it an inviting place to relax at the end of the day or entertain family and friends. Opposing slides provide plenty of room to move around, while the large windows bring in natural light and provide great views of the campsite. Comfortable seating, sleeper sofas, a large Smart TV, and a fireplace give this area the feel of a residential family room while also providing additional sleeping accommodations when guests come along.
Moving into the centrally located kitchen, the 385FL provides the counter space, storage, and appliances needed for preparing everything from quick campground meals to a full dinner. This Paradigm also has a solar charging setup intended to help maintain and recharge the batteries. It should not be confused with a large residential off-grid solar system, but it can be a useful feature for maintaining battery charge and reducing dependence on shore power for basic battery upkeep.

According to the seller, this 2022 Alliance Paradigm 385FL has been owned by them for approximately two years and has primarily traveled between California and Alabama. The seller reports no smoking inside the unit.
The interior presents as clean, well-kept, and in overall good condition. The furnishings, cabinetry, flooring, and living areas appear to have been cared for, and no significant interior damage was observed during the listing visit.
The exterior appears to be in overall good condition. No significant cracking of the graphics, splitting of the fiberglass, or other major exterior damage was observed. The exterior does have some normal road dirt and could benefit from a wash and detailing.
The seller reports that electrical service work has been performed during their ownership, including repairs to wiring and connections. The solar charging system has also received service. The seller describes the solar system primarily as a means of maintaining battery charge rather than powering the coach for extended off-grid use.
The awning fabric was replaced approximately six months ago, according to the seller.
The seller reports that the roof has been inspected by a service facility, although documentation from that inspection is not currently available.
