There is some cosmetic wallpaper damage above the cab that resulted from a leak approx. two years ago. This area was professionally repaired with no further issues. The roof has been resealed annually with no active leaks or mold.
New tires were added around 2023 and remain in good condition, and a Blue Ox towing system is included with the RV.
