The main living area is bright and spacious, with a comfortable sofa positioned across from the entertainment center. A 39" TV, electric fireplace, and JBL audio system provide entertainment, while the large windows and light Eddie Bauer interior give the coach an open feel.
The kitchen is well equipped with a 16 cu. ft. 12V Everchill refrigerator, microwave, three-burner Suburban cooktop, Suburban Elite Series oven, large pantry, generous cabinetry, and plenty of food-preparation space. One of the highlights of the 34BHS floor plan is the private rear bunkhouse. The exterior is clean and well-kept, with the sidewalls, graphics, windows, awning, wheels, and exterior storage areas presenting well. Inside, the cabinetry, flooring, countertops, furniture, appliances, bathrooms, bunks, and upgraded queen mattress all show minimal visible wear.
The seller purchased the RV in August 2023 and reports using it only a handful of times, including several trips to Georgia and a few shorter outings.
The tires are original with a DOT date code of 0723, making them approximately 43 months old as of September 2026.
The seller reports the RV and its systems are in working condition except as otherwise noted.
