New windshield!!!
Built on the Roadmaster chassis and powered by the Cummins 6.7L turbo diesel producing 340 HP and 660 lb-ft of torque, this Neptune is paired with an Allison six-speed automatic transmission. At approximately 35'5" in length with two slide-outs, it offers plenty of living space while remaining a manageable size for a diesel Class A.
The interior has received several updates, including refreshed upholstery and light tan flooring finished with a clear epoxy sealer. The spacious living area features a pull-out sofa, LG Smart TV, and Bluetooth soundbar, providing a comfortable place to relax or entertain after a day on the road.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a convection microwave, a three-burner propane cooktop, a spacious refrigerator/freezer, ample cabinetry, and plenty of storage for extended trips.
The private rear bedroom provides a comfortable retreat and includes an additional LG Smart TV. A washer/dryer combination adds the convenience of doing laundry without leaving the coach. The bathroom has also been updated with an attractive accent wall tile.
Climate control includes two 15,000 BTU air conditioners along with a propane furnace, all controlled through an upgraded digital controller.
For travelers looking for additional off-grid capability, approximately 400 watts of solar panels have been added to the roof. The coach also provides substantial storage, including a convenient pass-through slide-out storage tray.
Several upgrades have been made with road comfort and travel in mind. The original rear trailer bar has been replaced with bar having lifetime warranty, along with a front air ping tank designed to help reduce side-to-side sway and improve steering characteristics. A Blue Ox tow bar and tire monitoring system are also included.
With 50-amp electrical service, a diesel generator, and a 7,000-pound rated hitch, this Neptune is well equipped for extended road trips and longer stays.
With low mileage for its age, updated furnishings, solar power, new tires, washer/dryer, upgraded electronics, added chassis improvements, and generous storage, this 2008 Holiday Rambler Neptune XL 35SBD offers an impressive combination of diesel-pusher capability, comfort, and value.
This is ready to hit the road and start its next adventure.
