Entry up the fold-down steps with rail through the side entry door brings you into the Mobile Suites 36RSSB3 between the living area and the bath/bedroom.
The island kitchen is directly across from the entry door.
The island features a highly polished solid surface counter with a large stainless steel sink with a pull-out faucet. You'll find drawers and integrated waste receptacle at the kitchen island as well as 110V outlets on either end.
A stainless steel double-door refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer that includes an icemaker is provided for lots of food storage. A large stainless steel convection microwave oven with hood fan, a 4-burner gas stove top, and an oven complete the appliances in the kitchen.
You'll have plenty of storage in the kitchen with an abundance of drawers and cupboards. The storage is enhanced with pantry storage.
Just inside the side entry door is a coat closet which also hosts the power monitor, switches for lights and slides, tank monitoring, HVAC control, and generator power switch.
The dining table with cloth covered chairs sits across from the kitchen. The table has a hidden leaf that can be expanded. Overhead is cabinet storage as well as storage behind the table.
The sellers ordered the Mobile Suite without furniture choosing to order their own furniture.
They chose two Lazy Boy Recliners and a sofa that converts to a bed.
The recliners still have the store tags on them and are very comfortable. They also have a matching floor lamp. Above the recliners are additional overhead storage cabinets.
The sofa fabric matches the recliners. The sofa can be converted into a queen bed easily. Sconce light fixtures adore the wall behind the sofa with even more overhead cabinet storage.
The entertainment center can be viewed from the sofa, recliners, or the dining table. It has storage at the top, a large smart TV and an electric fireplace. The TV is mounted on a swing-way arm so it can be positioned for viewing. One side of the storage has a stereo unit with Bluetooth.
A ceiling fan is positioned in the center of the living area for maximum effect.
Moving forward you'll find a set of stairs that lead to the master bathroom and bedroom. There is a pocket door to create privacy between the rear and the master bath/bedroom of the Mobile Suite.
The master bathroom has a beautifully crafted sink with under cabinet and drawer storage. A medicine is positioned above the sink. A linen closet with shelving and another cabinet provide storage for bathroom supplies.
The spacious shower with skylight has a stylish shower wand, a molded in shower seat, and a sliding shower door.
The bathroom has a MaxxAir fan and a foot-flush toilet.
Off the hallway leading to the master bedroom is a closet that is washer and dryer prepped.
The Queen bed has an upgraded Sealy Posture Pedic Hybrid mattress with storage beneath the bed. There are overhead cabinets above the stylish headboard.
Across from the bed are cabinet and drawer storage along with a TV facing the bed.
Running along the front of the Mobile Suites is large walk-in closet. The closet contains a rod for hanging clothes as well as built in shelving units. There is also a dresser inside the closet.
The 36RSSB3 has a large pass-thru storage bay in the front with lighting.
The luxury fifth wheel has two propane tanks, auto-leveling with controls, a tankless water heater, and a power cord cable organizer.
The seller also added a sewage hose carrier for convenience.
