Condition:
The interior is exceptionally clean and shows very little evidence of use. Flooring, cabinetry, countertops, upholstery, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and garage areas all present very well. The upgraded Brooklyn Bedding king mattress also presents well.
The exterior is in very good condition overall. No significant exterior damage was observed during the photo shoot.
The Cummins Onan QG 4000 EVAP generator was started and operated during the visit.
The seller reports no known non-working systems or significant mechanical issues at the time of the listing.
