Although there are two ACs, the both run on a rail system which makes the ACs work together as one rather than two separate units.

This Reflection by Grand Design looks smells like a new unit! The sellers have taken care of this gorgeous fifth wheel.
The griddle part of the grill at the exterior kitchen had some rust on it. The seller will work on that and will submit an updated photo.
One of the latches on the driver's side storage door has some issues. The seller will correct that right away.
The seller repositioned the bunks decreasing the garage space a little bit but increases the flow of air to the bunks.
There were no soft spots or any evidence of any leaks or water damage.
