Condition:
The unit is in better condition than expected and shows normal wear and tear for an RV of this age.
The exterior still has a shine; the decals are fading and cracking, but overall, it is in good shape.
The interior is clean, the fabric couch has light stains, and the leather couch has some wear spots.
The door to the washer dryer doesn't open all the way as it hits the floor.
