Condition is good for the age.
The windshield has been recently replaced.
The front tires are also newer.
The rear driver-side corner has a bit of separation (see pictures), which isn't uncommon for its age.
The front passenger-side corner has some wear, and the trim has been replaced with a more permanent metal strip.
The front decals are faded.
The slide-out timing is off, but it opens easily if you know how.
Recent Maintenance:
Seller replaced the CO2 and LP detectors and the bathroom vent cover.
