This IBEX RVS3 is only 1 year old and has been located at the sellers home on a concrete pad and hooked up to electric and the homes water and sewer system. It was used for full time living.
It only has about 200 road miles on it and tires are in great shape. Overall it has not had any service or maintenance issues.
There is a split on the ottoman part of the Luxury Lounger. The seller is having that fixed.
