This very nice Cottage 40CCK is a large destination trailer designed for extended stays and full-time living. The floor plan centers on a spacious, unified living and kitchen area.
The living room features theater-style seating, a fireplace, and an entertainment center positioned for sight lines from the main seating and kitchen. Large panoramic windows provide natural light and exterior views.
The kitchen occupies the central slide-out with an L-shaped countertop, a residential-style refrigerator, a four-burner range with oven, and a convection microwave. A standalone island offers additional prep space, a dishwasher, and counter height for informal seating. Storage includes overhead cabinets, a pantry, and lower drawers optimized for cookware and utensils.
The master suite is in the rear of the unit, separated by a hallway for privacy. It includes a king bed on a raised platform with under-bed storage, dual bedside wardrobes, and a closet. This unit includes the optional Splendide stacking washer and dryer. The adjacent master bath has a sink, a walk-in shower with glass enclosure, and linen storage.
A secondary sleeping area can be created by adding a sofa sleeper at the front of the unit. This flexible, open space can be used however the buyer would like. Other ideas include office space or additional seating for entertaining.
Exterior considerations include storage compartments, a power awning, and exterior utility hookups positioned for site convenience. The placement of exterior features and systems provide easy accessibility for maintenance.

Condition:
All features, options, and appliances work as they should per the seller. The upholstery shows no wear or tears.
There is no evidence of any leaking.
The awning shows no wear and is in very good condition. It has not been used and is dirty.
The tires are the originals with date codes from Spring 2021.
There is normal wear and tear with spots of cosmetic dings, and a few screw holes in the bedroom wall. The sliding bedroom closet door is not on the rail, plus there are cracks on the upper right corner of the mirrored door.
The sellers had one small pet, but there are no odors, stains, or physical evidence.
