Clean 400HP Cummins Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV with tag axle, Aqua-Hot, side radiator, and 10kW generator
This 2005 Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV is a luxury diesel pusher built on Monaco's Roadmaster S-Series tag-axle chassis and powered by a 400-HP Cummins ISL diesel engine paired with an Allison automatic transmission.
As you enter the coach, you'll find a spacious living area featuring opposing seating, solid-wood cabinetry, ceramic tile flooring, and large windows that provide plenty of natural light throughout. The driver and passenger seats swivel to become part of the living area, creating a comfortable space for relaxing or entertaining guests.
Moving into the galley, you'll find solid-surface countertops, a convection microwave, a cooktop, a refrigerator/freezer, a freestanding dinette, and abundant cabinet and drawer storage. The layout provides generous workspace while maintaining easy access throughout the coach, making it well-suited for extended travel and full-time living.
Mid-coach is the bathroom area featuring a vanity, medicine cabinet, and glass-enclosed shower. Continuing to the rear, the private bedroom offers a Sleep Number bed, dresser, wardrobe storage, washer/dryer, and additional cabinetry designed for comfortable extended stays on the road.
Outside, this Dynasty features full pass-through basement storage, a slide-out cargo tray, power patio awning, slide toppers, keyless entry, side radiator, tag axle, Blue Ox towing system, solar charging capability, Aqua-Hot hydronic heating system, and a 10.0kW Onan Quiet Diesel generator. The Roadmaster tag-axle chassis, side-radiator design, and Aqua-Hot system are features commonly associated with premium luxury diesel pushers. With a 150-gallon fuel capacity and substantial basement storage, this coach is well equipped for long-distance travel and extended adventures.

Condition:
The seller reports that the coach has been extensively maintained during ownership, with significant work performed on major mechanical and operating systems.
According to the seller, maintenance and repairs include a rebuilt transmission, rebuilt Dana rear axle, new radiator and hoses, new fan blades, new coolant surge tank with sight glass, replacement suspension air bags, new brake rotors and calipers, newer refrigerator, updated shower enclosure, new Aqua-Hot head, new electronic step controller, new steering wheel cruise control module, new slide toppers, LED lighting upgrades, updated televisions, and a newer center roof air conditioner.
The seller reports that the appliances, slide-outs, Aqua-Hot system, generator, and HVAC systems are operational. The coach has seen limited use during the past 3.5 years due to the seller's health and mobility concerns.
Cosmetically, the seller notes clear-coat deterioration on some of the upper curved exterior surfaces consistent with age and Arizona sun exposure.
The seller also reports that the tires are beyond their recommended service age and should be replaced.
The house and chassis batteries are older and may require replacement, depending on the buyer's intended use and inspection results.
Buyers should expect normal cosmetic wear consistent with the coach's age and are encouraged to conduct their own personal and/or professional inspections to verify the condition and operation of all systems prior to purchase.
