Condition:
The RV was inspected and photographed during the listing appointment. Exterior finish, graphics, storage compartments, patio/ramp system, and visible components were found to be in good overall condition consistent with light use. The seller reports no known recalls and no known major repairs.
The Onan generator was started and operating during the inspection. The generator hour meter was photographed and verified at 11.2 hours. Three roof-mounted solar panels were visually verified. The power awning was extended and retracted during the inspection. The bedroom slide was extended and observed operating properly. The main living room slide was not extended due to a storage-lot obstruction; however, the interior remained fully accessible for inspection and photography.
The interior was observed to be clean and well maintained. Cabinetry, countertops, flooring, furniture, appliances, bathroom fixtures, bedroom furnishings, garage area, and patio components showed no significant visible damage during the inspection. The upgraded mattress, power drop-down bed, convertible garage seating, fireplace, and entertainment areas were present and photographed.
Seller states manuals and documentation are included. Seller also reports an additional wireless camera monitoring system will be included with the RV. Seller states appliances, slide-outs, and HVAC systems are fully functional.
