This 2016 Forest River Berkshire is in overall good condition for its age.
The seller keeps this unit in a garage and plugged in when not in use.
The paint appears to be in good shape, but there is a bit of discoloring on the front nose from the diamond shield.
The master bedroom carpet needs a thorough cleaning, and the seller stated he would have it done.
The roof was sealed with a lifetime warranty; however, it looks like the skylight in the bathroom shower was sealed over as well.
Recent inspection noted a dent in roof area in the roof coating. Seller looking into getting it repaired.
Inspection also noted there was a prior leak in rear of passengers side slide that caused delamination inside closet wall in master bedroom.
