This coach appears to be in great condition and well-maintained.
The outside shines, with no noticeable dents or scratches.
Inside the coach, everything works as it should and is also in very good condition. There is one spot on the back of one of the recliners that is peeling a little, but nothing major.
The tires are original, and while they appear to have plenty of tread left, they are five years old and should probably be replaced before too long.
The seller states he has the roof cleaned and coated 2 times per year for extra sun protection.
