The 2020 Keystone Montana 3121RL is a one-owner unit that has been well-maintained and kept in clean condition, with no history of smoking or pets. This level of care has helped preserve the interior, and it shows throughout the coach, with cabinetry, finishes, and living areas presenting very well for its age.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable and inviting layout with only light, typical wear. The theater recliners do show some minor cracking on the headrests, which is common for this style of furniture, but overall the interior remains in good condition.
From an operational standpoint, the unit is reported to perform well. The batteries have been replaced within the last 1 to 1.5 years and are standard lead-acid units. A prior electrical issue was traced to a faulty contact, which has since been repaired, and all systems are currently functioning as intended.
The air conditioning system has been repaired and is now operating properly. Additionally, the central vacuum system has been replaced, resolving the previous issue.
As with any pre-owned unit, there are a few items to be aware of. The roof has not been resealed since new and may benefit from routine maintenance. The tires are original and, due to age, should be considered for replacement.
The exterior shows well overall, with only minor dents in the lower aluminum trim, which are visible in the photos.
This Montana is equipped with a satellite dish system (Hopper-style), which is installed but not currently active, along with cabling that allows a single receiver to operate both the front and rear televisions.
