This Fifth Wheel appears to be in good condition for its age and has been used very little. The exterior paint could use a buff, and the seller plans to do that soon.
Some of the decals have some peeling, consistent with age. There is one spot on the slide out that needs to be recaulked, but it is not leaking.
The refrigerator has gone out and is being repaired asap.otherwise, everything on the camper works as it should per the seller.
The recliner seats are peeling on the back and will need to be recovered at some point.
There are some signs of wear on the wood trim, and the seller is open to fixing as much as possible with the right sale price.
