Condition:
This RV is always garage stored when not in use.
The upholstery on the recliners and cab seats is in good condition. The L-shaped sofa shows some wear and tear (see photos).
The flooring and cabinet finishes are in good condition.
The roof appears intact, with no visible signs of leaks in the coach. However, some seal areas at the front and rear caps show minor cracking and will need resealing soon.
The engine and generator started right up and ran fine during the photoshoot.
The dash air conditioner is not cooling properly. May need repair.
The bedroom window where the cabinets are has some fogging (see photos).
All slides extracted and retracted fine during the photoshoot. However, two of the slides will need realignment/adjustment.
Front left leveling jack goes down fine, but does not retract as quick as the others.
Six of the tires have plenty of tread with date codes of 2023. The two inner rear tires are older and the date codes are not visible.
