2016 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38K with three slide-outs!
This 2016 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38K model offers abundant power, a large living room area, and luxury appointments throughout. Fleetwood is well known for quality and dependability.
This coach has less than 55K miles, indicating it has been used enough to be broken in, with minor adjustments and servicing as needed, but still has plenty of life left for the next owners to enjoy.
This is a one-owner coach with a good service history that rides and drives as it should. The coach is equipped with a 6.7-liter Cummins turbo diesel engine, mated with an Allison six-speed automatic transmission, and sits on a Freightliner Power Bridge Chassis. All combine to offer plenty of power, torque, and a comfortable ride.
The RV has two leather seats up front that spin around to face the living space area, along with a couch and two recliners. The only sleeping area for this unit is in the rear. RV has a washer and dryer!
Speaking of slideouts, one of the favorite features of this unit is the full-wall slide that extends from the driver's seat to the end of the rear bedroom. You'll be impressed with the openness and feel of this RV once you walk inside!
