When the sellers first bought the brand-new rig, the left rear end clipped a barrier pole at a gas station, causing minor damage.
Other than that, the exterior is in great condition.
The original outdoor kitchen was modified to be a tool area.
The bunkhouse was modified to include 2 children's desks.
On the sofa, there is very slight wear and slight peeling (minimal).
