In a recent Buyer paid inspection there was an electrical voltage issue discovered that made the frame hot and this problem was fixed as it was a bad cheater plug to convert and plug into the 110 plug. also the slide wasn't moving properly, and the seals on the roof had issues according to the inspector and those items are being addressed by the seller.
