The 2018 Beacon 40FLB is a high-end fifth wheel RV manufactured by Vanleigh RV, known for its luxury features, residential-quality construction, and spacious design. This unit is in great condition considering it's age.
The front AC unit has been replaced (2023).
There are a few minor surface scratches on the exterior.
Small scuff on floor by bedroom.
The awnings needs a little cleaning. After the owner cleans them, he will send updated awning pics.
In the closet of the bedroom is a tiny bit of discoloration on the floor.
A small bit of flaking is occurring on the back of the recliners which is very common with this material in most RVs.
The central vacuum is not creating the suction necessary so the owner will look into that and believes it to be an easy fix and let me know when that is remedied.
Noticed a tiny spot in the floor of the entry that gives a little. This might need to be looked into.
As with all of our inventory, the buyers have the opportunity to hire a professional inspector.
