Sleeps ten easily with the King bed master suite, convertible dinette table, sofa sleeper, and bunk beds. The King bed actually had a queen mattress. The kitchen has all the needs to cook meals with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, and sink--plenty of cabinets and drawers to hold your dinnerware and utensils.
There are two bathrooms so guests can access the back bathroom while the master bedroom has a bathroom right outside. There also is a stacked washer and dryer to use for your clothes.
The bench dinette has plenty of space for eating meals and playing games. The sofa sleeper is comfortable for watching TV or just hanging out.
You can have the best of both worlds with the outside kitchen. Stock the mini fridge with drinks for the kids.
