Condition:
The RV has not been used since 2022 when lots of maintenance was done. It could use a good bath on the outside the carpets and inside have been thoroughly cleaned.
The roof was sealed with a new AC roof unit before winterizing and stored in 2023.
Inside, the recently installed roof A/C (February 2024) Generator serviced 2024. keeps things cool, complemented by a new water heater, leveling system, brakes, calipers, and batteries--all updated within the last two years.
The generator cranked right up.
July 2025 a new transmission installed with three year warranty unlimited miles, new house and main batteries, new exhaust manifold, oil changed and 6 new tires.
Normal wear and tear on the upholstery as with most this age. In the past there was waterr that came into the back of the RV due to running into a pole. The RV has since been sealed and the damage has been repaired and no water is leaking into the back of the RV. The RV is mechanically sound.
September 22,2026 inspection found that the RV is not leaking and the repair is showing no soft spots or damage and is structurally sound. The issues found during the inspection was a simple pea trap replacement for the kitchen sink, a couple light bulbs needing replaced and a very slow leak from the propane tank that is not leaking inside the RV only happens when it is on could be a value. Decals on the exterior could be replaced and upholstery could be recovered inside. This is a great buy and Priced to sell As Is.
