2015 Thor Chateau 31W with one full-wall slide-out! Impressive! Low mileage!
This 2015 Chateau 31W is a 32-foot class C motorhome in Frankston, Texas.
Manufactured by Thor Motor Coach, one of the top-selling builders of classy motorhomes, the Chateau 31W is a large class C with tremendous space and many luxury options.
Joined with the popular Ford E450 chassis and powered by the legendary Triton V10 engine, this low-mileage unit has all the power and fuel efficiency needed for those long trips.
The interior space is quite expansive, featuring a large, super slide-out. It has a huge master bedroom and a nice-sized living area.
Outside, there are plenty of underneath and rear storage options, an excellent power awning, and an outdoor TV, making this a great choice for tailgating or entertaining at your campsite.
If the open road is calling your name, and you need a sizeable class c motorhome with low miles, this 2015 Chteau 31W is a terrific option.
While we will always attempt to provide you with a TRUE representation of every RV we market, during any purchase from Pop you will be encouraged to schedule an inspection from an independent, accredited inspector and every purchase WILL ALWAYS BE subject to your satisfaction with the results from your independent inspection and your own personal test drive.
Condition:
The RV's exterior shows well overall for its age, and the current seller has always kept it under a cover when not in use.
The exterior graphics on the passenger side of the RV and on the rear and front caps have the familiar cracking and oxidation from sunlight, but this is strictly cosmetic in nature.
The tires are original equipment and have very low miles. However, they are passed. They're safe date range, and replacing them is recommended.
The interior of the RV shows very well, except for some minor peeling and cracking on the synthetic leather upholstery on the driver and passenger seats, as well as the couch. This is very common for RVs at this age.
There appears to be a soft spot in the floor in the kitchen area in front of the sink. It seems to be isolated only to that area. The seller states that they have not been aware of any leaks since they have owned the unit and believes this may have been caused by a previous water leak that the previous seller fixed.
As always, we recommend your own due diligence inspection on any of these items.
