2019 Heartland Milestone 360RD with four slide-outs!
This 2019 Milestone 360RD is a 40' fifth wheel in Gladewater, Texas.
Manufactured by Heartland RV, this model features the popular elevated rear living room many buyers prefer over the traditional front living room arrangement.
This one-owner unit is stored covered and has been lightly used and well cared for, with only minor wear and tear.
The living room features opposing slide-outs to give it a residential feel, and with the opposing sleeper sofas, it has tremendous sleep capacity.
The mid-kitchen offers a tremendous amount of usable countertop space with premium wood cabinets and solid-surface countertops.
The master bedroom is very roomy with a large closet, and if full-time living or extended trips are in your plans, you will be glad to see this fifth wheel is pre-wired and pre-plumbed for a washer/dryer.
Outside, you have an enormous power awning to enjoy the outdoor kitchen, and with the ample front pass-through storage, you have many options for stowing your gear. As a bonus, the elevated rear living room design also gives you additional basement storage options.
If you are ready to hit the open road and want comfort and residential living features, this Heartland Milestone 360RD is a great fifth wheel to consider!
While we will always attempt to provide you with a TRUE representation of every RV we market, during any purchase from Pop you will be encouraged to schedule an inspection from an independent, accredited inspector and every purchase WILL ALWAYS BE subject to your satisfaction with the results from your independent inspection and your own personal test drive.
Condition:
The RV's exterior is clean and always covered, so the vinyl graphics are not damaged by oxidation, fading, or other factors.
Tires are original equipment with no weather cracking.
The living room shows all the couches and theater recliners with slipcovers over them. They did this to protect the furniture from the regular peeling seen on this material. The only place any peeling has occurred is on the left side arm of the theater recliner. All other materials on the furniture are still in good condition.
