The seller reports that all systems on the coach are in good working order.
The exterior is solid, the paint has been somewhat dulled by the sun but I expect it will be completely restored to a glossy shine when detailed.
The coach has a couple of minor exterior blemishes on the right rear corner and left side.
The interior is neat, clean, and odor-free. The interior overall shows a moderate amount of wear on wood trim, dinette table and cushions (see photos).
The coach is used as a rental unit so mileage and generator hours are subject to change versus what is reported on the listing.
Update 8/4/2026 - a recent inspection indicated water damage in the half bath as a result of a broken valve. The valve has been replaced but the resulting water damage remains. See photo. The forward AC unit is operational but is not cooling as it should. The inspector stated that the unit likely needed a thorough cleaning. The drop down cabover bunk is off track and in need of alignment and a new motor. The inspector estimated approximately $3,500 to complete the noted repairs.
In general, this coach appears to be a good overall coach, with a little love here and there from its new owner, it will make a nice coach.
