The 2014 Montara 31M (by Fleetwood) is very roomy for its size and feels closer to a Class A than a Class C.

It sleeps 6, has a bunk over the cab, a dinette that can be converted into a sleeping area, and a queen-sized bed in the back.
This is a good-sized kitchen with plenty of cabinets and countertop space to prepare meals. It has a double stainless steel sink, a mid-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a stove/oven combo.
The bathroom is a Jack-n-Jill style, and you can enter from the hallway or bedroom. It is very nice that your friends do not have to go through the bedroom when they need to use the facilities.

The outside has some fading/cracking on the decals, plus a small dent near the passenger side headlight (photoed).
Inside, there are a few wear marks on the cabinets and the top of the bathroom door, all minor in detail.
