Looking for an affordable Class A RV with low miles? This 2017 Georgetown 3 Series GT3 31B3 by Forest River is a great choice.
The sellers used it as a mobile office during the pandemic and modified it to suit their needs. They removed the dinette to create additional storage and an entertainment center, replaced the sleeper sofa with two recliners, and repurposed the bunkhouse area as a small workspace (though the bunk platforms are still present if you prefer them). This RV sleeps four comfortably as currently configured with a bedroom and a dropdown cabover bunk.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable cab compartment with luxury captain's chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying meals or working on the go. The power windshield shade and manual driver & passenger shades provide privacy and convenience. Stay safe with color side and rear cameras, ensuring a clear view of your surroundings.
Entertainment options are plentiful with the in-dash stereo and two flatscreen TVs inside and another one outside, allowing you to relax and unwind wherever you choose. When it's time to enjoy the outdoors, you can unwind under the 20' power patio awning with LED lights. Setting up camp is a breeze thanks to the full-length super-slide, and hydraulic leveling jacks add convenience.
With abundant storage space, including a super-storage rear compartment, you'll have room for all your gear and essentials.
This GT3 31B3 sits atop a Ford F53 chassis, powered by a robust 320 HP Ford 6.8L, 3-valve, Triton V10 engine with a TorqShift 6-speed transmission.
