This 2018 Montana 3730FL is the highly desirable front living room floorplan. This puts the coach kitchen, dining area, bathroom and master bedroom all on the same floor level. This eliminates the need for the normal steps to access the fifth-wheel portion which traditionally houses the bedroom and bathroom.
The 3730FL features 6 slide outs to create an abundance of floor space to facilitate occupant movement even when passing. Outside the Montana 3730FL carries a beige gel coat finish coordinating with brown and grey graphics. There are two side doors for entry to the front lounge access area or to the kitchen. An 18-ft. patio awning provides cover and sun protection for the patio area and there's an exterior TV and speakers for entertainment under the awning.
The front living room features two tri-fold leather sofa beds and electric twin seat stadium recliners. A 50" HD LED TV raises and lowers into it's own cabinet which also houses an electric fireplace for those cozy evenings in the living room. The large across-the-front wall cabinet features tons of storage and a large translucent front window for plenty of daylight.
The spacious kitchen features a large 4 door refrigerator, a double sink with covers, a three burner gas cooktop, an oven and a microwave. There's lots of overhead cabinetry and a huge pantry cupboard that also houses the washer/dryer prep.
Counter space is plentiful with a buffet island that has a counter extension for hosting those large group gatherings. A ceiling fan and overhead ceiling vent fans provide for added air circulation and two roof-top, fully enclosed duct A/C units keep the Montana cool and comfortable in the hot weather.
A full bath features a shower with skylight, a sink with vanity, a toilet and storage.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed, hanging storage closets, a flatscreen TV and carpeting. There's under-bed storage, too for those bulky bedding additions.

Condition:
This fifth wheel trailer is in very good condition overall. The interior is free of any significant signs of wear and tear and the exterior is exceptionally clean and bright as it is regularly cleaned. The coach is waxed twice a year.
There is only one roller shade in the bedroom that is sticky and requires assistance when raising.
All other appliances, components and accessories are 100% operational and function according to manufacturer specifications.
