Beautiful 2022 Fleetwood Discovery LXE 40G, well maintained and only 16,000 miles.
Why buy new when you can buy this lightly used 2022 Discovery LXE 40G and let the previous owner take the value reduction! This Class A diesel pusher is luxury on wheels and feels like an upscale residential-like home.
The ride is smooth and comfortable, built atop a Freightliner custom modular chassis and powered by a Cummins ISL9 380 HP engine with V-ride.
The Allison 3000 series 6-speed transmission with electronic shifting provides smooth gear movement through all road and towing situations (1,000 TW/10,000 HRW). The DriveTech/Optiview gives the driver a great view all around the coach, and the 55-degree turning radius adds extra maneuverability for a coach this size. A 100-gallon fuel tank allows plenty of driving range.
The cockpit area includes Roadwire 6-way power driver/passenger seats. A key FOB allows easy pushbutton start. The cruise control and adjustable suspended accelerator with brake pedals can be controlled from the steering column. Auto LED headlights provide great visibility.
This Discovery features luxurious appointments, accouterments, accents, and creature comforts.
Those comforts start with heated tile floors throughout, full leather on all seating, solid surface countertops in the galley kitchen, lavatory, and nightstands, glass tile backsplash, fireplace, tiled shower, and front power roller shades and blinds.
The spacious galley has a convection microwave oven, induction cooktop, and 20 cu.ft. residential-sized refrigerator with French doors, in-door ice/water, dishwasher, and a large stainless-steel sink with a residential faucet.
Opposite the galley is a convertible dinette with storage compartments underneath and five-person seating. The abundant cabinetry throughout the galley and coach is white and keeps the coach looking clean and beautiful.
The master suite includes a king bed with storage above, nightstands, a large wardrobe closet with cedar lining, and lots of drawer space below the television. There's also a closet containing the washer and dryer units.
The large master bath at the rear of the coach of the master suite features a vanity with sink, medicine cabinet, and a linen closet and toilet. You'll love the glass-enclosed, tiled walk-in shower. There are entry doors from the hallway by the bunk beds, one from the main living area, and one from the master bedroom, so it's accessible to everyone in the coach.
Across from the bathroom are two bunk beds with separate doors that create a private bedroom experience for the kids, and it has handy access to the bathroom too.
Aqua-hot provides continuous hot water for comfort and is also used for heated flooring.
Electronics include three televisions (living room, master bedroom, outside entertainment area), a Satellite receiver, Wi-Fi extender, cell booster, JBL soundbar with Bluetooth, surround sound stereo, and a DVD player.
A rooftop solar panel provides charging for small electronics and appliances. A 7-inch touchscreen electronically controls all electronics, HVAC, and lighting. LED lighting gives a variety of day and night lighting options.
Outside, Fleetwood's Freedom Bridge features full pass-through storage with LED lighting, a 90-inch pullout slide tray, and side-swinging aluminum luggage doors. An automatic wind sensor awning with lighting is located on the passenger side.
This 40G includes a front slide-mounted 8.0kW Onan QD generator of AGS for all your off-the-grid power needs. Interior comfort is provided by three 15,000 BTU roof AC units and a rear heat pump.
This Discovery LXE is in great condition with low miles and little use. It must be seen and experienced to appreciate the quality and attention to detail included in this coach.
