Condition:
The interior overall is in good condition with minimal wear and tear. There is a soft spot in the ceiling between the door and the slide (see pic). The seller is looking into the issue and believes it happened while the unit was at the dealer recently for maintenance.
The exterior has some minor surface blemishes (see pics of exterior walls and storage compartment doors), but it appears solid.
The seller reports that one of the grey holding tank valves is stuck open.
The tires are the original ones and will need replacing soon. The tire date code is 2317.
