The very large master bedroom closet and dressing area also house a separate Washer and Dryer. There is ample space for hanging clothes and multiple storage drawers for your personal effects.
The front located Master Bathroom is very large, and features a residential-size shower, vanity, storage, and countertop space
Adjacent to the bathroom is the master bedroom. The full king mattress is situated in the bedroom slide-out. There is a LED TV, a separate A/C unit with thermostat control, and an abundance of drawers and other storage places. A large barn-style sliding door separates the master bathroom from the master bedroom, and a pocket door separates the bedroom from the galley and living area.
The center-located kitchen is very nice and spacious. There is a full-size residential refrigerator-freezer and perhaps the largest stove and oven for an RV! The kitchen island features a double sink and offers a large workstation as well as abundant storage.
There is also a 1/2 bath just right of the stairs leading to the kitchen.
The living area is spacious and very well-lit. There are lots of glass front cabinets for storage, an infrared fireplace, and a large LED flat-screen television. AM/FM Stereo, DVD, and sound system are right there for you.
The couch is a fold-out sofa bed. The upholstery material is in terrific condition. Just adjacent to the couch and across from the island is a dinette and chairs.
The appears to be an extremely family-friendly floor plan, and the RV is very spacious inside.

Condition:
This single-owner 5th wheel is being upgraded by the factory due to some issues occurring during transportation. The factory has agreed to completely rework the roof, and install new A/Cs although the current ones operate just fine.
The factory also intends to replace the interior flooring, among other pending upgrades.
Look at the pics; this RV is nice, and will be "newer" in quality when the factory enhancements are completed.
