Currently being stored in Robson Ranch in an RV facility. The Catalina does show as lightly used, some fading.
The Catalina Legacy offers a single slide-out, booth dinette and sofa sleeper, nice size entertainment center with a fireplace.
The kitchen is spacious for the overall size of the trailer, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, and microwave. A good amount of cabinet storage.

The inside is clean, with no odors or stains. Outside shows very well, with no damage to the exterior.
