Condition:
The owner says that all electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems are functioning properly. There are no known issues with this unit.
There are few blemishes on the outside but (see pictures), but nothing out of the ordinary for 2012.

I have replaced the ac, furnace and pipes just from being older.
