Condition:
The local and visiting consultant took both the pictures and video for full review.
The boat was clean inside and out, free from any smells or signs of damage. With any boat of this age, their are minor things to be addressed.
The seller wanted interested buyers to be aware the fridge in salon is not working, the generator does crank, turn-over but will not stay running, possible service would fix this issue.
While on board is was a hot and humid day, and the AC unit was running and operating very nicely.
There is potential for slips in the location, which is very close to Folly Beach, SC.
