Condition:
The engines and the generator run well per the seller. The boat was re-powered in 2018 with 8.1 Merc Horizons but he does not have documentation for this.
The seller was in the middle of replacing the upholstery in the cockpit and passenger seating areas in this boat. The captains seat is done, the others have not been completed and will not likely be done now as the upholsterer has ghosted him
The hull of the boat appears to be in good condition from what can be seen with the boat in the water. There is one section shown in photos on the port side of the swim platform where there is some damage from one of the storms, but it looks to be cosmetic only.
The headliner which is falling in the forward berth and needs to be addressed. Also, some of the cabinets have a milky color and the cause is not known. There are also some areas on the seams near the ceiling in the cabin that need attention, not sure if it is mold or not. There is a musty smell in the cabin of the boat that needs to be checked out. All of these are shown in photos.
Seller has someone run the motors and generator monthly to make sure they stay in good condition.
We always recommend that a buyer have their own professional survey done to ensure the current condition of the boat.
