This 2023 Tuscany 45BX has seen relatively limited use and has exceptionally low mileage for a diesel motorcoach.
According to the seller, the coach has primarily been used for occasional recreational travel, including golf trips with friends, rather than extended or full-time use. Generator use has also been minimal.
According to the seller, the Aqua-Hot system was professionally serviced and updated approximately two and a half months ago. This service included control board updates along with adjustments to increase the domestic hot-water temperature.
All six batteries have been replaced and are approximately one year old.
The engine oil was changed approximately 4,000 miles ago, and the roof was inspected approximately two and a half months ago.
The tires currently installed on the coach are original and carry 2021 date codes.
The coach was previously stored indoors for about seven months, then under an awning for about the past year. It is currently stored outdoors in a storage lot and remains connected to shore power and water. This keeps the climate control and other onboard systems operational and keeps the coach readily available for showings and functional checks.
The seller reports having the coach professionally cleaned approximately every couple of months and following trips as needed.
According to the seller, a toilet overflow about two years ago caused minor damage to an interior wall. This has been disclosed as part of the coach's condition history.
