It has been exclusively stored indoors and has never been lived in full-time, smoked in, or had pets.
Three of the tires are original with excellent tread, and one was replaced brand new in July 2024.
A newer lithium battery was also added this summer.
Everything is fully operational with one minor exception: the half-bath vent fan motor is out, but a new replacement unit from Tiffin is included in the box.
