Condition:
This 2015 Mountain Aire 4568 Class A by Newmar is a Beautiful Class A in excellent condition. Other than a paint stress line on the left rear cap (See Photos) that was present since the seller acquired the coach and reportedly hasn't changed, and a few cosmetic imperfections consistent with its age.
She is very clean! The engine and generator started quickly and effortlessly.
According to the owner, all features work as expected except for two interior shades that may need their motors replaced and the wet-bay's auto-fill, which has never worked despite Newmar's techs troubleshooting it, so the tank must be filled manually.

Last service 11-15-24 at 159,206 miles and we'll have it serviced before the sale
