This unique passenger bus has been professionally converted into a spacious, fully equipped RV. The current owner completed most of the conversion himself and is highly mechanically inclined, putting tremendous time and attention into the build.
The interior was designed for comfort and extended travel, featuring a full kitchen, complete bathroom with a sliding glass shower door, and a private rear bedroom with a queen-size bed and tons of storage. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, cooktop and oven, microwave, stainless double sink, and a high-end drawer-style dishwasher. It also has fresh, gray, and black water tanks, a tankless hot-water heater, complete RV plumbing, electrical wiring, and a breaker panel.
One of the standout features is the climate-control system. The bus has heated floors with individual-zone control, three thermostats, and three 12,000 BTU A/C units, letting you control different areas independently. Privacy doors separate the bathroom, living area, and rear bedroom.
The rear bedroom has a queen bed and extensive storage, including drawers that open outward for easy access. The living area features a huge Lovesac couch, and everything inside was purchased new during the conversion. There is also ceiling exhaust fans, an inverter, keyless entry, and abundant exterior storage in the bus's large storage lockers.
Mechanically, the engine and transmission were overhauled before the current owner purchased the bus. There are approximately 88,000 miles on the overhaul, and extensive documentation is available, including records shown in the photos. The bus also has a working generator.
Safety and practicality were also important during the conversion. Emergency exits are located throughout the bus, including an outward-swinging emergency door in the living-room area.
