This Grand Design Solitude has been on the market for more than 30 days (Sep 8th). If you are thinking of making an offer, submit it today and let's make a deal!
2022 Solitude 3740BH! Luxury, lots of room and all of amenities of home!
If you're looking for a fifth wheel that gives you the space, comfort and functionality of a vacation home while still offering the freedom to travel, this 2022 Grand Design Solitude 3740BH is an outstanding layout to consider.
Designed specifically with families and extended stays in mind, the 3740BH combines four slide-outs, a dedicated rear bunkhouse, a spacious residential-style kitchen, a comfortable living area and a private front bedroom into one impressive package.
The rear bunkhouse is one of the defining features of this Solitude. It creates a dedicated space for children, grandchildren or guests while keeping the main living area reserved for the adults.
Multiple sleeping accommodations make the 3740BH exceptionally flexible for larger families, and the bunkhouse can also serve as a private guest room, children's play area or additional storage and living space when you're traveling without a full complement of passengers.
Moving into the main living area, the four-slide configuration creates an exceptionally open interior. Theater seating provides a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the entertainment center, while the free-standing dinette offers a dedicated space for meals, games, work or family activities. The entertainment center and fireplace give the living room a residential feel and create a perfect gathering place after a day outdoors.
The kitchen is designed for serious use rather than simply preparing quick campground meals. The large center island provides excellent counter space and makes it easy to prepare meals while still interacting with everyone in the living room. The residential-style refrigerator, three-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, pantry and extensive cabinetry provide the storage and functionality needed for longer trips or seasonal living.
The private front bedroom provides a peaceful retreat at the end of the day, with a spacious sleeping area, dresser and television preparation. The bathroom features a large shower with a seat and skylight, while washer/dryer preparation adds another important residential convenience for extended stays.
Outside, the Solitude continues the emphasis on comfortable destination camping. Two power awnings provide substantial covered outdoor living space, while the large pass-through storage compartments give you plenty of room for camping equipment, chairs, grills and other gear.
The 2022 Grand Design Solitude 3740BH brings together the features that make a large fifth wheel genuinely useful for family travel: a dedicated bunkhouse, generous sleeping capacity, multiple living zones, a residential-style kitchen, four slide-outs, substantial storage and a private master bedroom.
It is a floor plan built to accommodate the whole family while still giving everyone room to spread out and enjoy the camping experience.
While we will always attempt to provide you with a TRUE representation of every RV we market, during any purchase from Pop you will be encouraged to schedule an inspection from an independent, accredited inspector and every purchase WILL ALWAYS BE subject to your satisfaction with the results from your independent inspection and your own personal test drive.
