According to the Seller, the trailer is well maintained and shores mostly normal wear on the interior and exterior.
The entry door had water that leaked into the outer frame and caused some damage. Please see photos. Seller received a quote of $1,300 to replace. The door functions properly and there are no areas around the door that show any signs of water damage.
There is one spot on the interior wall that got wet and the wallpaper has peeled slightly. No damage to the wall or surrounding areas otherwise.
The tires and the batteries are original. The trailer had an inspection in June of 2026 and the roof was completely resealed at that time.
