The well-laid-out floor plan is very comfortable, with a great-room living area for plenty of room to entertain or game night with the family. Loft bed above the door to the garage.
The 13' deep garage is functional to haul your toys and has dual 30-gallon fuel tanks. Separate fuel tank with dispenser for your toys and the other for a generator if desired.
The garage area also hosts another living area with sofa seating, a table, a twin bed loft, and a second full bathroom. Includes removable carpet tiles that can be removed to expose a rugged rubber floor with tie-down tracks to secure your toys under transport.
The kitchen is as expansive as a land-based condo, with spacious counter space on the island or adjacent to the stovetop.
